Extremely Satisfied Customers We wanted a complete refurb of our bathroom and cloakroom and approached a number of companies to review our ideas and quote. We were not impressed by most who seemed to only want to impose their own ideas on us. Then we approached JT Cox and Chris came out to see us and listened to our requirements and our thoughts and ideas. Chris didn't try to impose his own ideas on us but told us what could be done and how our own ideas could be enhanced. George and Dave turned up to start the job which was completely stripping out the bathroom and began the rebuild. From the beginning their professionalism and attention to detail was evident, discussing problem which occur and how to overcome them and working to a standard which would satisfy the pickiest of customer. We carefully chose what we wanted in the bathroom, quality tiles and furniture, George and Dave strived to achieve the standard of work our choices deserved. The same dedication and attitude was given when refurbing the cloakroom. They also stripped out our ensuite shower in our dressing room and dealt with reinstatement as required. All waste etc. was removed properly as they have the appropriate licence. We are so pleased with the end results and have no hesitation in recommending JT Cox.

I rang Chris when I discovered that my oil tank was leaking. I needed a replacement boiler which couldn't be done until the tank was replaced and was very stressed as I had no hot water. Chris came out the same day, gave me a quote the next day and had drained and removed the oil tank, built a new base and replaced it within a week. This was fantastic service and I would highly recommend Chris and his team who are friendly, professional and efficient

In relation to the radiator in our conservatory, which has been temperamental to say the least, I was impressed but not surprised that your engineers genuinely wanted to find the root cause of the issue and not just look for a quick, short-term fix and move into the next job ASAP. Its not a good thing to turn up to work one morning and find your kitchen worktop dripping in water. The boiler is situated above the worktop and was looking pretty sorry for itself, so I immediately rang Chris at J T Cox Group. Luckily, we are into the warmer months and therefore I didn't get into trouble from the staff regarding having no heating. Along came Rob the next day and confirmed that the part needed would probably cost as much to replace as to buy a new one, something I anticipated, due to the age of the boiler. Therefore, I agreed on a new one. Kyle came along a few days later to fit the boiler and I'm sure he left the office kitchen far cleaner than it's ever been. Efficient service, courteous and professional staff, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend J T Cox Group.

Regarding the work that you undertook at my home, it's fair to say that it was a job that I was putting off for a while as I thought it would be extremely disruptive and take quite some time, but with JT Cox I need not have worried; the work was completed within the day and we wouldn't have known that our entire heating system had been drained and flushed, as well as having our boiler serviced. Our boiler fan broke during the recent snow spell and it was freezing! JT Cox came to the rescue by diagnosing the problem just a few hours after ringing them - despite them being incredibly busy as everyone seemed to be having problems. The part arrived and was fitted the next day and we were toasty warm again. Can't recommend JT Cox enough and will definitely be using them again - very efficient, professional and friendly.

I am writing to express my appreciation for the service which your firm recently provided to me and my fiance Elis. A couple of weeks ago we were having smart meters fitted by our energy provider one afternoon. The installer duly fitted the smart meters but in the process alleged that there was a potential fault with our boiler. Without confirming that there was a fault or giving details of the nature of the potential fault he cut off our gas supply and promptly left. Elis contacted me at work to inform me of the news and I was looking forward to a night without hot water or heating. However, Elis had also contacted Chris at JT Cox who arranged for a member of his team to fix any fault with the boiler and to reconnect the gas. I therefore arrived home from work at 6pm to a toasty warm house. I am very grateful to Chris and his team for fixing the problem so quickly. The standard of service received from JT Cox Group was excellent. Superb finish on walls, floor and window, and Ben made sure to show me their work stage by stage. I'd Like to thank Chris Taggart and JT Cox Group for their assistance this week at the last minute. We had an idiot render our house and unbeknownst to us, he had also removed the fixings from our bathroom pipes. Not only did he not put them back, but nor did he let us know. As a result, one of the pipes started to leak and there was a concern this could turn into a far larger problem. As a Managing Director of a busy online marketing agency, and involved in two other businesses, I needed someone to take care of this promptly and with the minimum of fuss. I phoned two plumbers I trust - the earliest either of them could get to us was nine days away, and their advice was to minimise the use of the bathroom in the meantime. I then phoned Chris who after his shock at the unprofessionalism of the plastering company used, simply said send me the address and we'll sort it. I received a phone call the next day asking me to go over the details and the problem was sorted by 3.30pm that afternoon. That's the sort of service you appreciate. I'm looking forward to a further meeting with Chris to discuss how his company may be able to help with our property projects and would have no hesitation in encouraging anyone to consult with Chris for their property needs.

We decided to convert our bathroom to an ultra modern shower room. I found J T Cox on the internet and asked Phil to give us a quote. Phil gave us a lot of ideas and quoted a very reasonable price. Work started and we found Phil and Chris to be punctual, polite and at all times, very professional. Heavy snow delayed proceedings slightly but the work continued as soon as our house was accessible again. The standard of work is very high. We now have a superb well constructed shower room that fits exactly with what we asked for. I would not hesitate in using J T Cox again. Good tradesmen are hard to find, J T Cox are a good find. Highly Recommended.
