Large Bathroom Design and Installation in Prestatyn

Large Bathroom Design and Installation in Prestatyn A two room bathroom converted into one large bathroom in Prestatyn. The design and installation was completed solely by J.T. Cox.

The work entailed the following:
Removed the old bathroom suite, toilet and airing cupboard.
Removed a dividing wall between the toilet and bathroom and bricked up the window from the old toilet.
Moved the loft access from the bathroom to the landing.
Constructed a false wall to hide the pipe work for the basin.
Constructed a new wall and doorway at the top of the stairs.
Installed the majority of water and waste pipe work under the floor.
Fully tiled all the walls and floor, we used the same tiles for the floor and walls and laid them so the grout lines matched horizontally and vertically throughout.
Installed the new shower cubicle, toilet basin and radiator.

Special features: A "back to wall" toilet, semi pedestal basin and double ended bath.
Plumbing and pipework was included in this project; Gas boiler installation; Soil stack (cast iron waste pipe) was replaced.

Obviously, all work conducted as Gas Safe registered
