Install of new bathroom, kitchen, combination boiler and rewiring of a Colwyn Bay flat for renting.

Completed by J.T. Cox, the bathroom, kitchen, boiler and electrics were completed to the expected standards for the rental property.

Bathroom

Removed the existing bathroom suite, wall tiles and radiator.
Installed new pipe work so the bath and basin could be repositioned and an electric shower could be fitted over the bath.
Installed a new bath, basin and toilet and tiled the wall around the bath.
Boxed in any exposed pipe work (this could not be hidden under the floor due to it being made of concrete).
Fitted a new white towel radiator.
Fitted a new carpet.

Additional aspects (Boiler & electrics):
Removal of the old floor standing boiler and replaced with new wall mounted condensing combination boiler, this included all new hot and cold water supply pipe work and a new gas pipe from the meter to the boiler.
Fitted thermostatic valves to all of the radiators.
The flat was fully rewired including new sockets, switches, light pendants and a new consumer unit. This was carried out by our fully qualified electrical contractors (NIC/EIC accredited).
